Are you wondering what is expected when going to court? Feeling unsure about what the law is and how the courts work?
You can be proactive on your own behalf, starting with research and education regarding Arizona law and court procedures. You can learn from official court- and law library-produced videos that will teach you a ton on law and process here in our state.
For example, what to expect when you go to court, what to do when you are being sued, and “Family Court 101” are some of our favorites.
If you are being helped in a self-help program such as one of the many free legal clinics available in Arizona, these videos are a great thing to watch between appointments with a clinic volunteer attorney. Some videos that may be of help include training modules by AZ Courts.
If you are being represented by a pro bono legal aid attorney, these videos may be helpful for you to watch, while your case is pending.
