The City of Tucson currently offers a program that assists homeowners in paying mortgages that have fallen behind due to COVID-19 related issues. Together, the Community Investment Corporation and the Family Housing Resources are offering the Mortgage Assistance Program.

Homeowners could be eligible to receive between $3,000 and $5,000 in mortgage assistance. Included in this assistance payment are all fees incurred due to the nonpayment of the mortgage. The aid is paid DIRECTLY TO the loan servicer. There are income limits.
